Change of Driver Licence Particulars

INTRODUCTION

This section applies to Singapore Citizens and non-Singapore Citizens (Singapore Permanent Residents & Foreign Nationals).

To change your photograph, name or identification status from Foreign Identification Number (FIN) to Singapore National Registration Identity Card (NRIC), a replacement of the Singapore Qualified Driving Licence is required.

You are required to bring the following items/documents on the selected appointment date:

1. Identification Card (e.g. NRIC/FIN);
2. Valid Singapore Qualified Driving Licence;
3. One recent passport size photo (white background); and
4. NETS/Debit/Credit Card for payment of $25 (replacement fee) if the driving licence is still valid or $50 (renewal fee) if the driving licence is expiring within one month from the existing driving licence expiry date.
