Licence Collection / Cancellation

IMPORTANT NOTICE

This service is for applicants who wish to

  1. Collect their driving licence after the suspension/revocation /disqualification period (less than 1 year) is over; or
  2. Cancel their Class 4A/4/5 driving licence while retaining their Class 2B/2A/2/3/3A/3C driving licence; or
  3. Cancel any class of driving licence; or
  4. Reinstatement of any class of driving licence (earlier removed/cancelled due to medical reason(s))

INTRODUCTION

You are required to bring the following items/documents on the appointment date;

1) For Collection

  1. Identification card (NRIC/FIN)

2) For Cancellation

  1. Identification card (NRIC/FIN)
  2. Valid Singapore Qualified Driving licence

Medical certification by a Singapore registered doctor (including the medical tests in the Driving Assessment and Rehabilitation Programme and any other equivalent medical assessment on the fitness to drive a motor vehicle).
