INTRODUCTION
If you have a medical condition(s)1 such as epilepsy, mental disorder, sudden attacks of disabling giddiness or other physical disability, your application for a new or renewal of a driving licence will not be acceded to.
A motorist who has attained the prescribed age of 65 years old and above must undergo the prescribed medical examination and be certified fit by a Singapore registered medical practitioner to drive a motor vehicle.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Appeals for the grant of driving licence to be issued to persons with the medical conditions listed above will not be reviewed.
For all other medical reasons other than those mentioned above, appeals must be accompanied with a medical examination report certified by a Singapore registered medical practitioner stating that the appellant is certified fit to drive. This medical report must be a recent assessment and hence cannot be dated more than 2 months before this submission.
