Obtain Driving Licence Extract

INTRODUCTION

This section applies to Singapore Citizens and non-Singapore Citizens (Singapore Permanent Residents & Foreign Nationals).

You are required to bring the following items/documents on the appointment date:

1. Identification Card (e.g. NRIC/FIN);
2. Valid Singapore Qualified Driving Licence;
3. NETS/Debit/Credit Card for payment (processing fee); and
4. [For those obtaining a driving licence extract on behalf of the applicant] An authorisation letter from the applicant and a copy of the applicant's identification card and Singapore Driving Licence.
