IMPORTANT NOTICE

Foreigners holding valid work passes issued by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) or Student/Long-Term Visit passes issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) whose existing valid Singapore driving licence is expiring in 1 month or less, you are required to apply online for a renewal of your driving licence using your own Singpass account via this e-Service. You do not need to submit a new photograph as your existing photograph in the system will be used to print on to your new Singapore photo card driving licence.

Foreigners who wish to renew their existing valid Singapore driving licence but are not eligible to apply for Singpass (e.g. work permit holders and student pass holders), you are required to apply for QDL online via this e-Service using your FIN number, Date of Birth and card serial number for log in.

INTRODUCTION

You can use this e-service to apply and make payment for your Qualified Driving Licence (if you have passed the practical test at any of the 3 Traffic Police Test Centres).
This e-service also allows you to replace (if it is lost or damage) or renew (only for foreigners) your Qualified Driving Licence.
