INTRODUCTION
All appeals are to be submitted to the Traffic Police via this e-service portal. The Traffic Police will not entertain walk- in appeals or appeals through email or post.The Traffic Police will only accede to appeals with extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies) and with supporting documentary proof.
Any motorist who commits a traffic offence is liable to be prosecuted in court and face punishment which may include fines, imprisonment, and/or disqualification of the driving licence, depending on the severity of the offence.
