Submit e-Appeals against Traffic Offences

IMPORTANT NOTICE

If you are unable to provide fresh evidence, repeated appeals will not be considered.
Providing false information to the Police is an offence under the Penal Code 1871.

INTRODUCTION

All appeals are to be submitted to the Traffic Police via this e-service portal. The Traffic Police will not entertain walk- in appeals or appeals through email or post.


The Traffic Police will only accede to appeals with extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies) and with supporting documentary proof.


Any motorist who commits a traffic offence is liable to be prosecuted in court and face punishment which may include fines, imprisonment, and/or disqualification of the driving licence, depending on the severity of the offence.
