INTRODUCTION
If you are 65 years of age and above, holding a Singapore driving or provisional driving licence, you are required to undergo a medical examination and be certified fit to drive a vehicle, by a Singapore registered medical practitioner, in order to continue driving in Singapore.
PROCEDURE
- Bring the enclosed Medical Examination Report1 to a registered medical practitioner to perform the medical examination.
- Ensure that the completed medical examination report fulfils the following:
- Indicates “fit/unfit”;
- Boxes in Part B (Medical History) and Part C (General Medical Examination) are checked; and
- Signed and fully endorsed by the medical practitioner with clinic stamp and date examined.
- Scan the completed medical examination report2.
- Log in to the e-service to submit the completed medical examination report.
- You can log in to the e-service to review the status of the submission, a week before your next birthday.
